The National Center for Seismology (NCS) on Tuesday said an earthquake of 5.8 magnitudes hit Nepal with strong tremors being felt across Delhi and surrounding areas.
“An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.8 on the Richter Scale hit Nepal at 2:28 pm today,” National Center for Seismology (NCS) said.
Meanwhile, for 15 seconds the quake lasted, and people shared the video of their homes and offices.
Moreover, Nepal was the quake’s epicenter at a place 148 km east of Pithoragarh in Uttarakhand.
However, due to the earthquake, no reports of damage were caused or reported.
