SONU SOOD JOINS HANDS WITH KUMAR VISHWAS FOR ‘AAO GAON BACHAYEN’

MUMBAI : Actor Sonu Sood has joined hands with noted poet Kumar Vishwas and Pankaj Prasoon to support the campaign ‘Aao Gaon Bachayen’. This is initiated by comic poet and satirist Pankaj Prasun. As a part of the campaign, residents of 30 villages of six gram panchayat blocks of Rae Bareli district will be provided oxygen aid, Covid medicines, oximeters, thermometers and ration kits in covid care centres. As Sonu Sood hails from Lucknow he was keen to join the initiative ‘Aao Gaon Bachayen’.

Pankaj Prasoon has launched a campaign to save the village along with Sonu Sood and Kumar Vishwas. Pankaj Prasun tweeted Dr. Kumar Vishwas seeking his help for this campaign two days ago. Replying to which Dr. Kumar Vishwas retweeted – “This is the true poet-deed and this is the poet-religion. I am sending “Covid Care Kit”, in the wake of Covid Crisis. Sonu Sood to provide Oxygen concentrators to the needy patients.

Pankaj Prasoon said that there is only one L-3 level hospital in Rae Bareli where getting a bed is difficult. L-2 level hospital also has long waiting hours. If the patient does not get oxygen in time, his life is in danger. He felt that the village is in great need of oxygen concentrator, tweeting Sonu Sood to fulfil this need.
