Six individuals sustained injuries after a speeding car crashed into the popular food joint, Fateh Kachori, located in Delhi’s Rajpur Road area. The driver, identified as a lawyer named Parag Maini, has been arrested by the police. The incident occurred on Sunday and was captured by a CCTV camera at the eatery.
The footage from the CCTV camera shows the vehicle suddenly entering the shop, causing chaos and throwing tables and people around. The police have registered a case at PS Civil Lines and have seized the offending vehicle.
While the preliminary medical investigation indicated that the driver was not under the influence of alcohol, a blood sample has been preserved for further analysis. The accused’s wife was also present in the car at the time of the accident. Further investigation into the incident is ongoing.
