Sheezan’s lawyer will file bail application on 2 January

In the Tunisha Sharma death case the lawyer of TV actor Sheezan Khan said that he will file the first bail application for the accused on Monday.

“We have applied for some certified copies. If we get it today, it’s ok, if not then we will file the first bail application on Monday morning,” advocate Shailendra Mishra said.

Earlier in the day TV actor Sheezan Khan was produced in a Vasai court by the Waliv police in Maharashtra and sent to judiciary custody for 14 days.

On Saturday Sheezan Khan’s police custody ended in connection with Tunisha Sharma’s death case.

Meanwhile, Sheezan Khan is a costar and former boyfriend of Tunisha Sharma, who was found dead on 24 December after their breakup.

In connection with Tunisha Sharma’s death case, Sheezan has been arrested on 25 December. In the matter, the police have recorded the statements of 27 people.

“Many important chats have been found on the mobile of the accused, during the investigation which has revealed that the accused started avoiding Tunisha after the breakup. Tunisha used to message him repeatedly, but the accused avoided her by not replying to her,” the police said.

Earlier on Friday Tunisha’s mother addressed the media persons and said her daughter was only ailing from Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and no other disease.

“She had no other disease but OCD, she was very much conscious about cleanliness,” Vanita Sharma said.

Moreover, the actor’s mother also claimed that Sheezan was cheating on Tunisha and Sheezan was involved with many other girls.

“I will not sit quietly until Sheezan is punished,” Tunisha’s mother said.

“Tunisha once checked his (Sheezan Khan) phone and found that he was cheating on her. On confronting Sheezan, he slapped her in his room at the set and said that she could do whatever she wanted,” Vanita said.

Earlier on Tuesday Actor Tunisha Sharma’s last rites were performed at Mira Road cremation ground in Mumbai and fans, family and members of the television and film industry bid a teary farewell.

However, on Sunday Sheezan was arrested on charges of abetment of suicide. Sheezan and Tunisha were in a relationship but broke up 15 days ago.

Talking about Sheezan, his lawyer said, “It has become clear that police have no evidence against Sheezan. All allegations made by Tunisha’s mother are baseless. Police are investigating the case, we should wait. I am very confident that Sheezan will be proven not guilty.”

Sheezan Khan’s sister Falaq Naaz also said, “I will answer the allegations made by Tunisha’s mother in the press conference soon. Right now, our priority is our brother who is under the police’s custody.”

Furthermore, Tunisha was 20 year old and have worked in many TV serials like Bharat Ka Veer Putra – Maharana Pratap, Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat, Gabbar Poonchwala, Sher-e-Punjab: Maharaja Ranjit Singh, Internet Wala Love, and Ishq Subhan Allah.
