Section 144 imposed in Surathkal, Bajpe, Kavoor, and Panamburu police station

In some areas of the Karnataka section, 144 of the CrPC was imposed and the liquor ban has been extended till 29 December. In Surathkal, Bajpe, Kavoor, and Panamburu police stations the prohibitory orders have been imposed till 6 am by the city police commissioner N Shashikumar. Moreover, in Surathkal, Bajpe, Kavoor & Panambur PS limit in Mangaluru Section 144 of CrPC was imposed by the Police commissioner from 6 AM on 27 December.
