Science for outer self, temples for inner self: ISRO

BENGALURU : Following the successful lunar landing of Chandrayaan-3, the head of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), S Somanath, visited the Pournamikavu Bhadrakali temple situated in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. While speaking with the media there, he said that science and spirituality are two different realms, asserting that they need not be intertwined. Just before the launch of Chandrayaan 3 on July 13, Somnath had sought blessings at the Sri Chengalamma temple in Tirupati.
