SC to hear plea on control of administrative services on 24 November

The Supreme Court on Wednesday posted a plea of the Arvind Kejriwal-led Delhi government on the contentious issue of who should control administrative services in Delhi over the transfers and postings of officers in the national capital, for 24 November.
A bench of Justices DY Chandrachud and Hima Kohli listed the matter for 24 November in place of November 9. The bench changed the date of the hearing at the request of Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, who mentioned the matter, asking to defer the hearing.
Mehta told the bench that he would be travelling outside India from 7 November to 13 November for official work as he requested a change of hearing date. The apex court bench has said that this will be a complete green bench and there will be no papers in this matter
