SC launches monthly newsletter to showcase its operations, feats

The Supreme Court has introduced a monthly newsletter to showcase its ongoing operations, achievements, and provide insight into the court’s functioning.
Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud, announcing the inaugural issue of “Supreme Court Chronicle,” stated that the publication offers glimpses of the court’s history, overviews of key judgments shaping the legal landscape, and stories of individuals contributing to the institution’s promise. He expressed the hope that the newsletter would become a vital source of information, keeping readers informed about the court’s activities both inside and outside the courtroom.
The CJI emphasised that the Supreme Court Chronicle represents a new era of transparency, connectedness, and progress, fostering collaboration in the justice-delivery ecosystem. He extended gratitude to those at the Centre for Research and Planning and the New Judges’ Library who contributed to the newsletter’s publication.
