Samantha Ruth Prabhu Meditates In 4-Degree Ice Bath In Bali

Samantha Ruth Prabhu is enjoying her break to the fullest. Samantha has been vacationing in Bali and is focusing on her physical and mental health. The actress has been updating her fans about the vacations through her Instagram handle.

Yesterday she posted an Instagram story where she was seen meditating in 4 degrees ice bath and captioned it, “#IceBaths 4 degrees 6 minutes.” Today she posted a photo with her friend and a monkey and wrote “Spot the monkey” in the caption.

The actress recently announced that she is taking a break from work as her health is not in good condition. She is dealing with an auto-immune condition called Myositis. She took to her Instagram to announce her health and break details to her fans.

Samantha wrote, “A few months back I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition called Myositis. I was hoping to share this after it had gone into remission. But it is taking a little longer than I hoped. I am slowly realising that we don’t always need to put up a strong front. Accepting this vulnerability is something that I am still struggling with.”

She further added, “The doctors are confident that I will make a complete recovery very soon. I have had good days and bad days…. physically and emotionally…. and even when it feels like I can’t handle one more day of this, somehow that moment passes. I guess it can only mean that I am one more day closer to recovery. I love you… (black heart emoji). THIS TOO SHALL PASS.”

Samantha has been trying to maintain good physical and mental health. She recently visited the Isha Foundation as a part of her spiritual journey.

The actress will not be seen in any movie till the next year. After her break she will be seen opposite Vijay Deverakonda in the upcoming movie ‘Kushi’, which is expected to be an inter-faith love story.
