A hospital in the Sumy region of northeastern Ukraine was destroyed by a Russian air strike on Friday morning, according to the governor of the area.
“Russian aviation, without crossing the Ukrainian border, fired at a hospital. The premises were destroyed, there are wounded people,” the official, Dmytro Zhyvytskyi, said on Telegram.
According to him, the hospital is situated in the neighbourhood of Velyka Pysarivka, which borders Russia.
