The Managing Director of the Rajasthan Medical Services Corporation Limited (RMSCL) conducted an inspection of the drug storehouse at Sawai Man Singh Medical College in Jaipur. During the inspection, directives were issued regarding the systematic management and prompt supply of medicines.
Neha Giri, the Director of RMSCL, gathered information about the availability of medicines in the storehouse under the Free Medicine Scheme. Expressing satisfaction with the availability of medicines, she assured that the 100% availability of medicines under the scheme would be ensured in the future as well. She also directed to ensure the swift supply of medicines to hospitals related to the drug storehouse.
On this occasion, Giri emphasized that the drug storehouse should maintain an organised stock register and ensure that no medicine exceeds its expiration date.
She reviewed the progress of the construction of the new building for the drug storehouse and instructed the executive engineer to complete the construction work by February 28 and hand over the drug storehouse.
