On her birthday last week, Zaheer posted a sweet message along with cozy pictures of the couple. The first picture showed him giving Sonakshi a tight hug, followed by selfies and a glamorous black-and-white shot. “Happy Birthday Sonzzz,” he captioned the post.
Last year on Sonakshi’s birthday, Zaheer shared a series of adorable pictures from their shoot sets and outings. Along with the pictures, he wrote, “Kuch toh log kahenge, logo ka kaam hai kehna. Sonakshi has been in the news for her rumored relationship with Zaheer. While the couple has maintained they are “just friends,” actor Varun Sharma’s Instagram story hinted otherwise.
Sonakshi was last seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Netflix series “Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar.” Set against the backdrop of the Indian freedom struggle of the 1940s, the series is an epic saga of love, power, revenge, and freedom, delving deep into the cultural reality of Heeramandi through the stories of courtesans and their patrons.
“Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar” is streaming on Netflix and features Fardeen Khan, Aditi Rao Hydari, Richa Chadha, Manisha Koirala, Sharmin Segal, Taha Shah Badussha, Shekhar Suman, and Adhyayan Suman.
