Haryana’s Power Minister Ranjit Singh Chautala responded to the statement made by Congress State President Uday Bhan, “Jhuka Hua Jat, Tooti Hui Khat,” criticizing such a social comment as incorrect. He emphasized the potential significant damage the statement might inflict upon the Congress party. Additionally, he took a dig at Bhupinder Hooda, stating that Hooda has been submissive for an extended period.
Ranjit Chautala remarked, “Congress will turn into Kejriwal.” His comment was in response to a query during the Congress rally in Sirsa, where former Chief Minister Bhupinder Hooda announced 300 units of free electricity and gas cylinders at a cost of 500 rupees. Chautala sarcastically implied that the Congress might adopt Kejriwal’s model. He also predicted that Congress wouldn’t secure a single seat in Haryana, while BJP would form the government for the third consecutive term.
Furthermore, highlighting Rahul Gandhi’s upcoming Bharat Nyay Yatra in January, Chautala expressed confidence in the forthcoming electoral outcomes, reflecting the results akin to those following the first yatra. He suggested that Rahul Gandhi is strategically timing his actions and making the best use of the available time. Additionally, he mentioned the imminent completion of the hi-tech jail in Rohtak, stating it will be impossible for even a bird to escape from it, and emphasized that there’s no electricity shortage in the state, ensuring ample water for irrigation to farmers.
