Rajasthan Roads Witness Series of Accidents: 4 Lives Lost, 5 Injured

On 21 August, several road accidents took place in different places in Rajasthan and created havoc. Four people have lost their lives in these accidents and 5 others are injured.
The first accident occurred when a sleeper bus collided with a car in Khedapa Police jurisdiction, Jodhpur. There were five people present in the car, out of whom two lost their lives on the spot and the other three were transferred to a local hospital for urgent medical attention.
Another accident took place in Bhilwara when a vehicle hazardously overturned because of a burst tire. Unfortunately, one person died and the other two were severely injured. Another collision took place on the Pratapgarh-Ratlam route, where two trailers crashed into each other due to thick and dense fog and poor visibility. Two people were injured and were immediately taken to hospital for medical attention. It is to be noted that the Pratapgarh area has been receiving continuous rainfall for the past couple of days leading to dense morning fog. After the incident, many people were stuck in traffic jams for several hours.
