Merchant’s dress, a Hate Couture Cocktail piece from Christian Dior’s Autumn Winter 1959 Haute Couture collection designed by Yves Saint Laurent, was a standout. While most Dior archival pieces are museum-held, this particular dress was auctioned in 2016 for ₹3,20,714 (USD 3,840).
