The Punjab Education Department has taken significant action against 4 individuals in Amritsar. According to information, the Punjab Education Department has taken strict action against those who obtained jobs by presenting fake certificates.
The police have filed FIRs under sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, and 120 against them. It is alleged that they all attempted to secure jobs using counterfeit certificates. The case has been registered against 3 women and 1 man at Khalchian Police Station in Amritsar Rural, including Rupinder Kaur, daughter of Joginder Singh from Chaljalwaddi, Prabhjot Kaur, daughter of Jaswant Singh from Khalchian, Satinderjit Kaur Dhami, daughter of Satpal Singh from Raiyan, and Kunwar Jagdeep Singh, son of Jasbans Singh from Khalchian.
The police mentioned that currently, FIRs have been filed against all of them. Further action will be taken after the investigation. It is being investigated whether these accused individuals were actually working in the department or had merely applied.”
