A meeting was held here on Thursday between the senior officials of Haryana Health Department and the officials of Haryana Civil Medical Service Association in which the HCMS officials have given their consent to join duty with immediate effect and regarding the demands of the officials, a meeting will be held with the Health Minister on January1, 2024. On behalf of the Health Department, Director General of Health Services Dr. Randeep Singh Poonia, DGHS Dr. J.S. Poonia, DHS Dr. Manish Bansal and DGS Dr. Kuldeep attended the meeting.
It was conveyed by DGHS that proposal for reducing the bond amount has been sent to ACS (H) office along with removal of condition of mortgage/bank guarantee of property. The proposal of accepting Postdated Cheque in lieu is already under consideration of Government. Direct recruitment of SMO- It was conveyed that a file to stop direct recruitment of SMO as per MOM dated 20.10.2015 & note dated 30.06.2021 by Hon’ble Health Minister for rule amendment will be dealt on file for approval within next 10 days.
Dynamic ACP/4 ACP- The matter is still pending with ACS (Finance), a meeting under Hon’ble Health Minister with ACS (Health) & ACS (Finance) shall be held on Monday 01.01.2024 to discuss this issue.
The file regarding specialist cadre is approved & sent back to ACS (Health) office by Hon’ble Chief Minister for further due processing. The issue regarding seniority of in service specialists will also be discussed on the meeting to be held on 01.01.2024.
Similarly, the Health Minister assured to hold a meeting on Monday, dated 1/1/2024, along with W/ACS Finance and W/ACS Health to address the demands of the HCMS Association.
He also expressed his willingness to resolve all the pending demands of HCMS association in a time frame. The HCMS association agreed to resume work immediatly. Whereas, ACS Health showed a positive stance and was willing to schedule a meeting with the HCMS Association on Monday i.e. 01.01.2024 under the chairmanship of Health Minister along with ACS (Finance).DGHS Haryana has assured conversion of all rejected leaves to leave of kind due after sympathetic consideration from competent authority for 27.12.2023 & 29.12.2023, as per telephonic conversation with Worthy ACS (H).
