Priyanka Gandhi slams BJP for betraying public trust

On Sunday, Priyanka Gnadhi, Congress general secretary, hit out at the BJP in poll-bound Karnataka and said that the party has betrayed the public while claiming that the party is attempting to “divert people from main issues”.

Priyanka is claiming that the BJP has betrayed the public at all levels. The party has diverted the public from the main agenda, which is unemployment, no development work done, etc., she said while addressing the public.

Priyanka Gandhi emphasised the issues the Congress party is addressing in preparation for the upcoming elections in Karnataka, stating that the party will not distract voters from the important issues.

The polls are for the public to choose their leader. They are well aware that they have been looted, and they want a change now, the Congress leader added.

Later, Priyanka Gandhi mentioned that our party has fulfilled all its promises and has worked for the people.

“You have watched the work of Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi, and you all have the trust that we will do something for the public,” Priyanka added.
