PRARTHNA BATRA LAUNCHES DEBUT BOOK ‘GETTING THE BREAD: THE GEN-Z WAY TO SUCCESS’

The 17-year-old YouTuber, Prarthna Batra launched her debut book ‘Getting the Bread: The Gen-Z Way to Success’ on 7th July at The Park, New Delhi. In her book, the young author shares her thoughts on how to make an impact in a dynamic world by taking a human-centric approach while describing her journey with millennial readers.

When outlining how she went about finishing the book, Prarthna said, “I always wanted to do something to make this world a better place. I am an avid reader and writing a book was my natural choice. Though I had to balance between school and exams and filling out forms for my studies abroad, I used to sit till midnight to ensure that I write something each day. My family has been a great support in making this possible.”

She launched a YouTube series about entrepreneurship in 2020, featuring achievers from different fields of work. In her book, she pens down her thoughts and conversation with various personalities like Barkha Dutt, Prajakta Koli, Sakshi Malik, and so forth. Her book captures the essence of these conversations and her perspectives. Her biggest learning is that there is ‘no shortcut to success and one needs to work hard for success.’ Several dignitaries such as noted wrestler Satyawart Kadian, eminent journalist Sudhir Chaudhary and so forth attended the event.
