Politics heats up in Haryana ahead of Chaudhary Birendra Singh’s Oct 2 rally

Politics is heated in the state regarding Chaudhary Birendra Singh’s ‘Meri Awaaz Suno’ rally to be held on October 2 in Jind, Haryana. It is being discussed whether former Union Minister Birendra Singh, who is rallying without BJP flag, will remain in BJP or form a new party.
Haryana BJP leaders are silent on this issue and no leader is ready to say anything against the rally. While the supporters of Chaudhary Birendra Singh are saying on the public platform that Chaudhary Birendra Singh will leave the party, there is also a strong discussion in the political circles that the former Union Minister is trying to put pressure on the BJP through the rally.
This rally of Chaudhary Birendra Singh will be held in Jind on 2nd October i.e. tomorrow. This rally has been called by BJP leader and former Union Minister Birendra Singh without the BJP flag. He has told his supporters to reach the rally only with the national flag, the tricolour. Along with this, to make the rally non-political, he has not invited any big leader of the party. The rally has been named Meri Awaaz Suno.
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is giving silent support to Chaudhary Birendra Singh’s rally. One reason for this is that no leader of Haryana BJP has given any statement regarding this rally. All the leaders are maintaining silence on Birendra Singh’s rally. Political analysts believe that BJP is not saying anything considering the political advantages and disadvantages of this rally.
However, recently Cabinet Minister Kanwar Pal Gurjar had distanced himself from the rally saying that it was his style.
Birendra Singh’s Meri Awaaz Suno rally was till now being described as non-political, but Birendra Singh’s supporters have given a political color to the rally by saying that Birendra Singh can now leave BJP and also join Congress. While no such official statement has come from Birendra Singh’s side regarding this yet, Birendra Singh’s supporters have said this in a press conference in Jind on Saturday.
According to political analysts, the objective of Chaudhary Birendra Singh’s rally is the 2024 assembly and Lok Sabha elections. He aims to put pressure on the BJP to abandon its ally Jannayak Janata Party (JJP) led by Deputy CM and current Uchana MLA Dushyant Chautala before the elections.
He wants Hisar and Uchana Kalan Parliament and Assembly seats for his son and wife in these elections, while JJP is also eyeing both. According to political analyst, Birendra Singh is targeting Deputy CM Dushyant Chautala and his JJP.
