POEM: An ode to strong people

Steel exteriors hold enough water,
Water, water, enough to cry a river.

Be soft and kind to yourself as,
World won’t know about cushion inside.

Come on, you’re strong echoed more,
Gentle, screamed the heart to deaf ears.

Collate your heart and soul into your body,
Strong is harsh, strong is tough for inner child.

Undo, unlearn the guards, O’ strong ones,
Enjoy being weak, real, scared O’ big baby.
