n the upcoming days, Yogi Adityanath, the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi will both campaign in the twin districts of Dakshina Kannada and Udupi. Uday Kumar Shetty, the BJP’s election in-charge for the Mangaluru section, informed the media in Udupi on Monday that the Prime Minister will speak to a sizable crowd at Mulki in the Dakshina Kannada district.
More than three lakh people will participate in the meeting which will cover the 13 assembly segments in the two districts, Shetty said.
Modi will address the public meeting at 11 am on a spacious 70-acre land, he said.
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will arrive on 6 May for the election campaign.
He will arrive at 12 noon in Puttur, 1.30 pm in Bantwal and 3 pm in Karkala, he said.
