The Practical one-week short-term course on student-centered teaching methodologies initiated at PEC Chandigarh came to a close today. Dr. Shimmi S.L and Dr. Nidhi Tanwar, coordinators of the program, commenced the event with an enthusiastic welcome note. This collaborative effort between PEC (Deemed University), Chandigarh, and the National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research (NITTTR) demonstrated a joint initiative. It unveiled a mystery for the newly recruited faculty members at PEC, providing them exposure to state-of-the-art technology integration.
Dr. Amandeep Kaur, Program Coordinator from NITTTR Chandigarh, shared insights into the outcomes and key highlights of this faculty development program. Dr. Vasundhra Singh, Dean Faculty Affairs and Course Chairperson at PEC Chandigarh, along with Dr. Sunil Dutt, Professor and Course Chairperson at NITTTR Chandigarh, invited valuable insights, thoughts, and suggestions from the participating faculty members.
