Three people were killed by burns after a fire destroyed migrant laborers’ huts in the Una district on Sunday, including a mother and her young son. On Saturday night, a fire started in the Haroli area’s Kailua village. They said that Uttar Pradesh-born Sumitra Devi (25), her five-year-old daughter Naina, and her nine-month-old son Ankit were burnt alive. According to police, Vijay Shankar, 25, Devi’s husband, was hospitalized after suffering injuries. Police stated that they have not yet determined what caused the fire.
