Nominations invited for Shaheed Bhagat Singh Environmental Award

In Punjab, the Shaheed Bhagat Singh Punjab State Annual Environmental Award has been conferred, leading to the issuance of orders to all deputy commissioners in the state via a letter. So far, no nomination letter has been received from them. Deputy commissioners are urged to submit nominations, along with the prescribed proforma and supporting documents, from gram panchayats, government/private institutions, educational institutions such as schools, colleges, universities, and other public institutions (only one nomination should be submitted for social organizations, industrial institutions).
“It should be noted that nominations will be submitted with the prescribed proforma for the Shaheed Bhagat Singh Punjab State Annual Environmental Award, to be presented by the Punjab government during the year 2024, and the documents for the same should be submitted by December 31, 2023.
