Many students demanded to postpone the NEET UG 2022 examination for several months. A petition was also filed in the Delhi High Court regarding this. In this case, the court dismissed this petition, giving a solid reprimand to the students.
Justice Sanjeev Narula, while delivering the verdict, said that I was pretty inclined to pass the order against the petitioner, but only because they are students, we are not going to do so. If such petitions are filed, the court will not shy away from imposing the fine.
Moreover, this decision of the Delhi High Court has proved that the NEET UG 2022 exam will be held on its scheduled time, i.e. Sunday, July 17, 2022. More than 18 lakh candidates have registered for the NEET UG 2022 exam, which NTA conducts. At the same time, the exam will be conducted in 500 cities in the country and 14 cities outside the country.
