According to Dr. Lakshya Mittal, national president of the United Doctors Front Association (UDFA), the tentative NEET PG 2024 counselling schedule is likely to be released in the next 2-3 days. Dr. Mittal shared this update through a post on X (formerly Twitter), encouraging candidates to remain alert for further announcements.

This tentative schedule is based on discussions between the UDFA team, the Medical Counselling Committee, and officials from the Health Ministry.
NEET PG 2024 Exam Overview
The NEET PG 2024 exam took place on August 11, 2024, in two shifts: from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM and from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM. A total of 2,28,540 candidates appeared for the exam at 416 centres across 170 cities in India. In the morning shift, 1,07,959 candidates attended out of 1,14,276 registered, while in the afternoon shift, 1,08,177 of 1,14,264 registered candidates appeared.
The results of the exam were declared on August 23, 2024. NEET PG is conducted annually for admission to postgraduate medical courses, including MD, MS, DNB, and Diploma programs.
