NBF hosts ‘Future of News’ National Conclave on Friday

The News Broadcasters Federation (NBF), the largest and most democratic industry body of top pan-India television news organisations and digital publishers, will host the biggest news event-the NBF National Conclave on Friday.

The event will be held at Taj Palace, New Delhi, under the theme “Future of News”. The historic one-day event will be attended by the top influencers from the diverse ecosystem, including policy leaders, regulators, politicians, and media leaders from national and regional platforms.

The day-long cerebral conversation will see leaders across hues examining the current news media landscape from the perspective of opportunity, threats, and challenges. Themes such as the news media as the fourth pillar, the future of the news industry in the converged and connected era will be up for deliberation.

The NBF conclave will also mark a turning point for the news broadcasting industry because it will provide a forum for a frank discussion of rules and policy with some of India’s most powerful politicians, bureaucrats, business executives, and opinion leaders.

NBF members consist of 50+ TV channels and 150+ digital platforms. The hosts of the ‘Future of News’ national conclave include the likes of Republic Media Network, TV9 Network, ITV Network, 24News Kerala, Prag News, Pride East Entertainment, Digvijay News Karnataka, DY365 news Assam, and other NBF Member channels.
