National Ranking Table Tennis Championship 2023 concludes

Haryana Vidhan Sabha Speaker Gyan Chand Gupta, as the chief guest, presided over the closing ceremony of the National Ranking Table Tennis Championship 2023 held at the Tau Devi Lal Stadium in Sector-3, Panchkula.
During the concluding event, the main guests honored the winners of table tennis, including Amit Desai for Men’s Singles, Syali R Vani for Women’s Singles, Sarthak Mishra for Under-19 Boys, and Suhana Saini for Under-19 Girls. They were felicitated with checks and mementos.
Addressing the players, Gupta congratulated them and expressed pride in Haryana’s sports achievements, emphasizing that the state has become a hub for sports. He highlighted Haryana’s sports policy, stating that it has become an ideal model for other states in the country. Gupta appreciated the Haryana government for providing government jobs to medal-winning athletes in recognition of their talent.
The event was attended by Megan Ahluwalia, President of the Table Tennis Federation of India, MP Singh Gagandeep Singh, and Secretary of Haryana Table Tennis Association, along with BJP District Vice President Harendra Malik, Councilor Sonu Birla, Suresh Verma, Jay Kaushik, Sumit Singla, and District Sports Officer Neel Kamal.
Commonwealth Table Tennis Association Secretary-General MP Singh and Secretary Gagandeep Singh honored the Haryana Vidhan Sabha Speaker with a shawl and memento. Other dignitaries present at the event were BJP District Vice President Harendra Malik, Councilor Sonu Birla, Suresh Verma, Jay Kaushik, Sumit Singla, and retired IGP Ishwar Singh Dahan.On this occasion, MP Singh, Secretary-General of the Commonwealth Federation of India, Gagandeep Singh, Secretary of Haryana Table Tennis Association, Sachin, Vikas Saini (Treasurer, Haryana Table Tennis), Jainendra Jain (Vice President, Delhi Table Tennis Association), and Pankaj Sharma (Secretary-General, Punjab Table Tennis Association), along with Ajay Sharma, were also present.
