The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) is set to host the ‘Padharo Mhare Shilpgram’ national exhibition at Jawahar Kala Kendra from December 21 to 26. Running from 11 am to 9 pm, the event presents a unique opportunity for visitors to purchase handicrafts and artisanal products from across India. Folk arts of Rajasthan will also adorn the fair, offering a vibrant display.
With a focus on supporting artisans and promoting local arts, the exhibition aims to establish direct connections between craftsmen and customers. Dr. Rajiv Siwach, Chief General Manager, NABARD, Rajasthan, highlighted that approximately 150 artisans from 19 states, including Rajasthan, Jammu-Kashmir, Assam, Gujarat, and Kerala, will participate. The showcase will feature a diverse array of everyday items, clothing, handicrafts, and food products.
