Bhopal/ Indore: Prisoners in Bhopal central jail and Indore central jail celebrated the Raksha Bandhan festival on Wednesday. On the occasion, special arrangements were made by the jail administration so that no problems would occur in meeting the women with their brothers. Bhopal Central Jail Superintendent Rakesh Kumar said, “We have made special arrangements for the Rakhi festival so that there will be no problem in meeting the prisoners. This year, the number of visitors is much higher than that of previous years because prisoners were not able to celebrate the festival of Raksha Bandhan in jail for many years due to Covid-19.”
