Mohinder Singh Gilzian, the Chief of Indian Overseas Congress, U.S.A, met with Congress National Chief Malikarjun Kharge to strengthen the Indian Overseas Congress in the United States. Gilzian provided details of the year-long activities undertaken by the Indian Overseas Congress under the guidance of Rahul Gandhi in the United States, including organizing five major NRIs rallies and establishing I.O.C units in every state.
Gilzian stated that the party chief has instructed him to plan NRI activities and visit every state in the country before the upcoming Lok Sabha elections to inform people about the party’s policies. He emphasized that individuals who love their country overseas stand firm with Congress, comparing their support to a rock. Gilzian remarked that the Congress party has always aimed to unite the nation, never resorting to divisive state policies.
He noted that rival parties are engaged in low-level politics today, focusing on serving the people rather than just governing. Gilzian’s goal is not only to serve the people but also to rule the nation. Today, citizens are dissatisfied with parties that have done nothing but deceive the poor. The country’s people are becoming poorer, while large corporate houses are growing richer.
