Delhi Police on Wednesday reported that the blood-stained body discovered in a car in east Delhi’s Ghazipur earlier in the day has been identified as a 27-year-old man from Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh, named Saurabh Kumar.
“We received a call around 6 in the morning about a man being shot. Our team promptly responded.
