A horrific road accident occurred in Maharashtra’s Solapur district. Six pilgrims from Karnataka were killed. 11 people are injured those have been hospitalized for treatment. Five women and a child are among the dead. The cause of the accident is said to be a collision between an SUV and a cement mixer truck. Police said that the incident took place on Friday evening, when all the pilgrims were returning after visiting Pandharpur and Akkalkot.
