Lawrence Bishnoi gang members arrested

In a recent encounter in Rajasthan’s Sriganganagar district, police arrested three members of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, as reported on Friday. The accused were identified as Sonu, Sachin, and Harish, all residents of Punjab. Police stated that the gang was attempting to extort money from businessman Harakhchand Malpani. The complaint alleged that the accused demanded payment in the name of Anmol Bishnoi, Lawrence’s brother. The SP of Sriganganagar, Anil Paris Deshmukh, confirmed the arrest and said that the accused had an affiliation with gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. The police team acted on a tip-off, which led to the arrest near the Sadhuwali area. During the encounter, Harish sustained injuries and was hospitalized for treatment.
