Land fraud case: Three face charges after court order

Following directives from the District Court in Sector-43, Chandigarh, the police initiated legal action against three people, accusing them of fraudulent activities related to the buying and selling of land.
The complainant, Naresh Kumar Nanda from Sector 21-B, Chandigarh, asserted that Satpal from Khuda Ali Sher Choudhary village, Sukhbir Singh from Khuda Ali Sher village, and others engaged in the sale of one kanal of agricultural land. However, after receiving the payment, they failed to provide the sale deed.
Allegedly, neither the money was returned nor the promised land handed over, leading to legal intervention. In compliance with the District Court’s orders in Sector-43, Chandigarh, a case was registered against the accused at Sarangpur Police Station, Chandigarh, with ongoing investigations into the matter.
