La Libertad, El Salvador hits by a 5.0 magnitude earthquake

The United States Geological Survey (USGS) on monday recorded a magnitude 5.0 earthquake 135 kilometres south of La Libertad, El Salvador. El Salvador is a Central American nation.
According to the USGS, the earthquake struck La Libertad, El Salvador at a depth of 10 kilometres at 18:06:06 (UTC+05:30). The centre of the earthquake was located at 12.269°N and 89.390°W. There have been no confirmed casualties.
