Kiradpura,Maharashtra: Police, public vehicles set on fire during clash between two groups

The Maharashtra police reported on Thursday that some police trucks and other public vehicles were set on fire during a clash between two groups in the Kiradpura neighbourhood of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.
The conflict started on the night between March 29 and 30.
Stones were also thrown during the clash, according to Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar’s Superintendent, Nikhil Gupta.

“Some police and private cars were set on fire, and stones were thrown at them. The situation is now calm after the police used force to scatter the crowd “said Gupta.
He also added that the authorities would punish the criminals harshly.
