On the day of voting, 5 January will be a holiday in the offices of the Karanpur constituency in Sri Ganganagar district. In this regard, the Finance (Expenditure) Department of the state government has issued an order. On the day of voting in the offices located in the constituency, this holiday will be in accordance with the Written Laws Act of 1881 so that voters can cast their votes.
According to the orders issued by the General Administration (Group-2), all employees and officers registered as voters in the Karanpur constituency, including all district election officers (collectors) / heads of various departments/corporations/boards/municipalities, have been authorized to grant casual leave for voting on the voting day.
