On Tuesday, actor Jr. NTR announced to his fans that he had returned to India following a week-long visit to Japan, the epicenter of a 7.6-magnitude earthquake that was followed by aftershocks and a tsunami. There are currently rescue and relief efforts underway in the nation after the earthquake claimed the lives of at least 12 people. The RRR actor expressed his sympathies to the victims of the tragedy. Jr. NTR posted on X, the former Twitter, expressing his gratitude for people’s “resilience” and wishing for a “swift” recovery.
Regarding his career, Jr. NTR’s upcoming film Devara has a new poster that was released on Tuesday. The film, which is helmed by Koratala Siva and is set in a coastal town, will be Jr. NTR’s first feature film following the worldwide success of RRR. Janhvi Kapoor, who is working with Jr NTR for the first time, makes his feature film debut in South Africa with Devara. The decision to split Devara into two parts was made by the filmmakers because the picture was “too big” to fit into a single movie. The movie’s first segment will be available on April 5.
