J&K LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR CONDEMNS TERROR ATTACK IN BARAMULLA

The Lieutenant Governor, Shri Manoj Sinha, has expressed his strong condemnation following a terror attack that occurred in Baramulla today. The incident resulted in the tragic demise of retired senior police officer, Shri Mohammad Shafi Mir, who was targeted while delivering a call for prayer in a mosque.
Shri Sinha, deeply saddened by the act of terror, conveyed his heartfelt sympathies to the family of the late Shri Mohammad Shafi Mir. In a tweet, the Lt Governor expressed his profound grief, stating, “Pained beyond words on the dastardly terrorist attack on retired police officer, Shri Mohammad Shafi Mir while he was giving a call for prayer in the mosque. Cowards responsible for this barbaric act will not be spared. My condolences to the bereaved family in this hour of grief.”
