On Sunday, the 4 Community Health Centres in Jhunjhunu received the gift of 108 ambulances. Member of Parliament Narendra Kumar and District Head Harshini Kulhari flagged off these 108 ambulances. Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Rajkumar Dangi mentioned that the availability of ambulances would benefit the patients.
Under the National Health Mission, the Department of Medical, Health, and Family Welfare has provided 108 ambulances to four community hospitals in Jhunjhunu district.
CMHO Dr. Rajkumar Dangi explained that CHCs of Sultanah, Udaipurwati Assembly, Chavara of the Doondlod Assembly, and Mahansar of the Mandava Assembly have received 108 ambulances. With the facility of 108 ambulances, rural patients will benefit, and in case of accidents, the seriously injured can be immediately referred for advanced medical treatment through emergency ambulances.
