JCB-truck collision causes jam on highway

While erecting an iron pole for a street light on the highway near village Billa, a truck collided heavily with the JCB. The JCB driver and other laborers narrowly escaped the accident. During this period, there was a traffic jam on the highway for some time. Iron pillars were being erected by the JCB, while the truck was coming from the Barwala side.
The installation of street lights on the Panchkula-Yamunanagar highway is in progress. Around 4 pm on Sunday evening, a truck was traveling from Barwala towards Ramgarh. Near Billa village, it collided with the JCB from behind, shattering the JCB’s glass upon impact. The truck also sustained damage in the accident.
