After February 15, no offline files will be accepted in collaboration with JDA, Greater and Heritage Municipal Corporations, and all government work will be carried out through the e-filing system. Employees in municipal corporations are being trained for e-filing to handle government work efficiently. Meanwhile, the Greater Municipal Corporation has initiated online filing for property leases, subdivisions, and other related files.
In the three-day training program conducted by the Greater Municipal Corporation, employees from various departments, including the Planning Department, Revenue Department, Personnel Department, Finance Department, Birth-Death Department, and Animal Management Department, received training on the first day.
Now, training will be provided to employees of zone offices. Commissioner Rukmani Riad informed that the filing and management of files on the e-filing module of the developed Rajkaj portal by the Information and Technology Department have become mandatory. Starting from February 15, letters will only be accepted through Rajkaj e-filing. Offline submission and processing of letters will not be valid. All new files will be sent online exclusively through Rajkaj. For this, a three-day training is being organized in three shifts. Training on filing and management of files related to the e-filing module is being provided.
This work has started online. Commissioner Rukmani Riad mentioned that applications for 90-K, Property ID, subdivision, lease deed (patta), lease money deposit, street vendors’ licenses, etc., are being accepted online from February 1. The provision for processing such cases through offline mode has been completely discontinued.
