Internal tussle among Atiq’s henchmen and Atiq’s business partner for Atiq’s black empire

Lucknow: An internal tussle has started between Atiq’s henchmen and Atiq’s business partner over Atiq’s black empire worth thousands of crores. According to the sources, a tussle has started within the Atiq clan to grab and take possession of the black business that Atiq had set up on the basis of fear.
In the last three decades, Atiq had created unanimous property worth thousands of crores from Prayagraj to Lucknow and other places, in which most of the investments were in real estate and illegal occupation of lands. After imprisonment of Atiq, his wife Shaista used to keep accounts.

According to sources, Shaista is trying to wrap up Atiq’s business and trying to save black money in absconding so that no one can get hold of Atiq’s black money.

Recently, ED raided more than 15 close people of Atiq in Prayagraj, in which 75 lakh Indian currency and foreign currency, documents related to about 200 bank accounts were also found, besides information about 50 shell companies have been collected.

Those have been raided by the ED include Atiq Ahmed’s relative Khalid Zafar, his lawyer Saulat Hanif Khan, his associates Asad, Wadood Ahmed, Kali, Mohsin, accountants Sabih Ahmed, Asif Jafri and Sitaram Shukla and real estate developers Sanjeev Aggarwal and Deepak were involved.
