Ice blankets Mount Abu as temperature dips to minus two degrees

The intense cold prevailing in the state provided some relief to the people on Friday. The bright sun during the day brought relief from the cold. However, in the evening, people felt the cold again. Meanwhile, talking about Thursday night’s temperature, Mount Abu recorded a temperature below freezing again.
Although there was a one-degree increase in temperature, people did not find relief from the cold. The temperature in Mount Abu was recorded at minus two degrees. The night temperature in 25 cities of the state was below 10 degrees. The night temperature in 8 cities was recorded below 5 degrees. In the districts of Churu, Sikar, Jhunjhunu, Alwar, Hanumangarh, and Karauli, there is a possibility of a cold wave for the next one or two days.
During this period, there is a strong possibility of the minimum temperature being two degrees Celsius or lower in some places, and frost forming in the morning. In northwestern and northern Rajasthan, there is a possibility of moderate fog, and cold days are also expected in Ganganagar and Hanumangarh districts. In most parts of the state, the sky has remained clear, leading to an increase in day temperatures.
