A cylinder blast caused a house to collapse in Mumbai’s Chembur neighborhood, according to a BMC official on Wednesday. Six people were reported to have been injured, according to Dr Kedar, Medical Officer at Shatabi Hospital in Govandi, Mumbai. “All the injured people who are undergoing treatment are stable.”
Vikas Ambhore (50), Ashok Ambhore (27), Savita Ambhore (47), Rohit Ambhore (29), Rahul Kamble (35) and Parth Singh (21) have been identified as the injured.
According to a BMC official, eleven people were safely rescued.
According to the official, the injured people have been transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. “A house collapse due to a cylinder blast has been reported in Mumbai’s Chembur area.”
“As of now, 11 people have been safely rescued,” a BMC official said.
