HM Amit Shah to join International Gita Festival on December 22

Union Home Minister Amit Shah is set to arrive in Dharmnagari on December 22nd to participate in the Sant Sammelan organized as part of the International Gita Festival. This information was provided by Dr. Arvind Yadav, Chairman of the State Tourism Department. Chairman Dr. Yadav himself arrived on Monday evening to participate in the International Gita Festival. While speaking with journalists at the KDB office, he mentioned that the state government has undertaken significant efforts to revamp the Tourism Department. As a result of the government’s policies, all organizations associated with the Tourism Department have experienced benefits. Several initiatives have been prepared by the government to further advance these organizations.
The efforts initiated by Chief Minister Manohar Lal are soon to be implemented to materialize these plans. Due to the policies of this government, the Tourism Department has achieved a new milestone. Not only that, but work is underway to develop Kurukshetra as a tourism hub. At the revered site of the Gita, Jyotisar, a project based on the Mahabharata theme, involving millions of rupees, has been prepared. This project is anticipated to be globally acclaimed.
He mentioned that the International Gita Festival has become a global celebration. To inaugurate this festival, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar and Chief Minister Manohar Lal had arrived themselves. This festival is not just being organized in the state but across the world. Millions of people visit to witness this festival every year.
Thousands of years ago, on this sacred land, Lord Sri Krishna imparted the teachings of the Gita to Arjuna, emphasizing the message of performing one’s duties. These teachings remain relevant for the entire world even today. He also answered a query mentioning that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to inaugurate the Shri Ram Mandir in Ayodhya on January 22nd.
He emphasized that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s dream and assurance is to establish India as a developed nation by the year 2047. Pursuing this objective, the government is reaching the public through the ‘Viksit Bharat Sankalp’ and public outreach campaigns. On this occasion, BJP’s National Spokesperson Ashok Pradhan and KDB member Ashok Roshan were also present.
