Health Minister asks employees for suggestions

Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya has ordered the placement of a suggestion box named “Chinta Box” on each floor of the Health Ministry in Nirman Bhavan. He has asked the government employees working in the ministry to provide suggestions in the box to enhance the ministry’s services. Every morning, the minister’s personal staff collects the written suggestions from the employees and places them on the minister’s desk. The minister then reviews the suggestions and instructs senior officials to implement some of them if they are deemed appropriate for better service delivery. This news has spread to other ministers as well, and they are also considering implementing this idea.
