Haryana’s Education, Forest, and Environment Minister, Kanwar Pal Gurjar, fainted during a public dialogue event yesterday. Consequently, he was admitted to a private hospital in Yamunanagar, where his condition is gradually improving.
Currently, he is receiving visits from relatives and well-wishers under doctors’ supervision. Dr. Bhupendra Gaba, the chief doctor at Gaba Hospital, has been consistently monitoring his health. Gurjar underwent several tests, all of which indicated normalcy, including his ECG. Chief Medical Officer Dr. Manjeet Singh mentioned that continuous examinations are being conducted, yet there have been no findings related to heart-related ailments. Echocardiography will be performed, along with additional tests.
Dr. Singh also mentioned that considering the primary information available yesterday, they had initially presumed it to be a cardiac event. However, no test so far has confirmed such an occurrence. Minister Gurjar lost consciousness due to fatigue and inadequate fluid intake in his diet. Presently, his condition is improving, and he is engaging in conversations with people. Advanced tests are scheduled, following which he will be granted leave.
